About Our Accommodations:
Situated on the beach, each bungalow has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink, footwash and hot shower, which is available when village power is being utilized (Bunkhouses accepted). Also, the cabin has quality clean white linens (under which lie some of the best beds we could find in Nicaragua), mosquito nets, soft bath towels, beach towels (upon request), bathroom mats, mirrors, electricity with multiple outlets (from about 11:30am to around 5:00am) and running water. For your comfort all bungalows are equipped with fans (some with ceiling fans a)nd rechargable power), a footwash at the base of the stairs, sand catching floor mats, towels to clean your feet, multiple outlets and brooms and dust pans (don't worry though, we will be in every day to make your bed, clean your bathroom, tidy up and sweep).
With names from Shackleton, Gilligan, and Robinson each casita has a theme that corresponds to its namesake.
Currently, we believe we are the only resort on LCI that offers free Satellite WIFI if you have your own device in your cabin!
All bungalows (Bunkhouses accepted) have French doors that open on to a 4’ by 14’ covered veranda (Gulliver style have larger verandas). Each of the Casitas has a beautiful view of the beach and the ocean. No bungalow (Bunkhouses accepted) is farther from the sea than 80’ some are as close as 45’.
Crusoe style bungalows have two beds (a Queen and a Double) in an hotel style room layout that sleeps up to 4 people. The Crusoe also features pedestal fan, small sitting area, ensuite bath with hot water shower and 14' veranda.
Master Suite Gulliver bungalows are our most comfortable, spacious and airy accommodations. The MSG's 20' by 14' ground floor features the islands (as far as we know) only KING SIZE BED with king size pillows. A comfortable seating area with reading lights, ceiling fan, pedestal and wall fans, refridgerator, game table, private ensuite bath with hot shower and a 45% larger veranda (than the Crusoe) with french doors offering a splendid view of our infinity pool (the Caribbean Sea), There is also a loft accessed by a bamboo ladder that is home to a double bed.
Sleeping arrangements in the Gulliver include a loft bedroom reached by a bamboo ladder that has a double bed, a separate bedroom that has a queen bed, along with a comfortable living space, which includes a sitting area with reading lights and a table, great for playing games or sharing a bungalow cooked meal. The Gulliver also offers a small kitchen and fridge. There is an option of adding a comfortable cot for families or larger groups (regular Gulliver is being converted to a Master Suite Gulliver soon). Enjoy a 45% larger veranda (than the Crusoe).
Bunkhouses 1 and 2: Our "economy" bungalow offering is situated in our garden area where our rescued iguanas reside. Only a one minute walk to the beach these bungalows share a bathroom with each other. Sharing a common porch, these bungalows can sometimes be a great place to hang out with new acquaintances or, if you prefer a great place for quiet seclusion hanging out in the hammock. While the price is substantially lower and the accommodations more egalitarian, you get all of the other ammenties, towels, WIFI, fan, clean white sheets, comfortable beds, security, restaurant and bar, etc., that guests in our other bungalows enjoy.
Bunkhouse 1:
Four single beds in the form of 2 bunkbeds (one above the other). Great for 4 friends who plan to spend most of their time diving or exploring the island.
Bunkhouse 2:
A double bed and a single bed. A good place for the economy minded couple or a small family.
Turned Turtle Bar and Restaurant (no, we don't serve turtle!):
"The food is superb and the drinks are sublime . . . I asked my girlfriend if she wanted to walk to other parts of the island and was relieved when she had little interest . . . there is no reason to leave."

Our stylish bistro type restaurant is unlike any other on the island. Comfortably lit, with a music mix that fits the time of day, our bamboo dining tables sit on either the restaurant deck 3 feet above the beach or right on the beach at the waters edge. You can expect quality service, excellent food and a friendly greeting from one of our Nicaraguan service staff. Breakfast (starting at 3.5US), Lunch (starting at 4.5US), and Dinner (which is the islands only 4 course dinner that includes starter, island Cobb salad, main with veggies (somewhat rare in Nicaragua strangely enough) and dessert start as low as 9 US. Dessert and appetizers like our gourmet home made Ice Cream (Roasted Coconut Chocolate), fresh to order homemade corn chips with our made from scratch salsa and bean dip are served most of the day. You can see our menu elsewhere on our website.
Turned Turtle Bar:
The Turned Turtle Bar features our famous Margaritas (huge, delicious and absolutely no mixes), Big Jeffs' Mudhole and Pina Coladas. We also strive to have the best wine selection on Little Corn Island, featuring wines from Napa Valley, Australia, Chile and Argentina. Enjoy our comfortable “social area” playing one of our games and sipping on a nice glass of wine. Of course we serve cold (most of the time) beer, juice, soda and other beverages to quench any thirst.

Let's Go Fishing:
We can set you up with native fishing captains to take you out to the best spots for a little ocean fishing. Be sure to ask the captain we refer you to if they can prepare the fish for your evening meal. Disclaimer: We recommend what we consider the most reliable and competent captains. We receive no compensation and have no financial relationship with those we refer. We just know who shows our clients the best time, shows up when they say they will, has a reliable boat and engine and charges a fair rate for the experience provided.

-
Flip flops

US dollars are accepted all over Nicaragua and the island (they will only be accepted on the islands if they are clean, unmarked, not torn and readable, so be sure to get clean money for this part of your trip). Of course Nicaraguan Cordobas are accepeted as well
